County wants your thoughts to assist in prioritizing health issues
Arapahoe County Public Health invites residents to complete a survey to help us better understand community health challenges. Your feedback will guide the County as we prioritize the health issues that need to be addressed.
The 5-mintue survey helps us learn more about the health of the population, factors contributing to higher health risks or poorer health outcomes, and community assets and resources that can improve population health. The information gathered will be used to create a Community Health Assessment (CHA), a legal requirement of Colorado health departments.
Survey answers will be kept strictly private. The data collected with be summarized and individual quotes will not be identifiable.
The most recent CHA was completed in 2022, but the County’s previous health department and can be found on Arapahoe County’s website. If you have any questions on the CHA, please email health@zouxigx.net.
